Scill’s Grill opened March 9th, 2010 and is owned and operated by Jill and Scott Schroeder. Scott is a graduate of Schoolcraft College of Culinary Arts.
It has always been a dream of ours to have a place we can call our own. We pride ourselves on using the best and freshest ingredients available. With Scott and Jill in the kitchen, you are sure to get a plate that they are proud to serve.
When we decided to take the plunge and become restaurant owners, the one thing we did not want to do was re-heat and serve. We take a lot of time preparing you HOMEMADE food. From our stocks, soups, salad dressings, BBQ sauce, spice rubs, and desserts, we look forward to serving you!
We shop LOCALLY! We use Plath’s Bacon, Gauthier and Spaulding Whitefish, Perch’s Ground Beef, and our seasonal produce from Mertz Farm.
